1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of One Klick services provided by One Klick Innovations ("we," "us," "our").

By registering, booking services, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter contracts
• Provide accurate registration information
• Not be barred from using our services

3. Services

We provide a platform connecting users with local service providers. We do not:

• Employ service providers
• Guarantee service quality
• Control service delivery

"We act as a technology platform only, not a service provider."

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information
• Pay for services as agreed
• Communicate clearly with providers
• Report issues promptly
• Comply with local laws

5. Payments

All payments are final. We charge platform fees where applicable. Payment disputes must be resolved directly with service providers.

No refunds for completed services.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations within 1 hour: Full refund (platform fee non-refundable)
• Cancellations after 1 hour: Provider discretion
• No-shows: No refund

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Harass providers or users
• Post false information
• Use platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack or damage platform
• Spam or abuse messaging system

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, and trademarks are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Service provider actions
• Service quality or delays
• Personal injuries or damages
• Data loss or security breaches

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the past 3 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Fraudulent activity
• Legal requirements

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes shall be resolved in Belagavi courts.
